30-day satisfaction policy

You may request cancellation before your order ships by contacting us at hello@sol-rx.com.

Once an order ships, try Sol Rx at home. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will help make it right.

To start a refund or return request, email hello@sol-rx.com with your order number and a brief note about the issue.

Returns and return shipping

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products within 30 days of purchase. If a physical return is needed, we will send return instructions by email.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Sol Rx will cover the return or replacement handling. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise in writing.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the request is approved and, when applicable, after the returned item is received.
